Big and clean.
It looked great inside and I enjoyed my stay. I just didn't like having to go to another building which was about 10 minutes away and off post, as this doesn't have its own front desk, to check in and out and address any other issues you might have. I also didn't like finding that out when I got to the base and had to turn around to go to the check in hotel.
Depressing rooms and facilities on Buckner Loop. Needs a total makeover. Carpets are old and stained. Guests must loose privacy and keep curtains wide open to use aged air conditioning unit. On first floor you hear bed springs creek in room above you and air conditioner drip, drip, drip. Hard to live in that stuffy, unpleasant studio for a lengthy TDY. A pain going off base to pick up mail at main IHG desk every day!
